Create a design style proposal for Loop 2022 on a very short deadline.
I focussed on the “bringing artists and technology together” aspect. Loop had not used an actual human in their design style in the last few years. So I wanted to highlight the human aspect a bit more. Technology is a tool, after all, wielded by creative humans. That is what this summit aims to celebrate.
The pixels and the human are fused together, with the blocky pixels coming together into a person. The person has a small glitchy effect, a nod to the perfection of computers, and the imperfections that make things perfect with humans.
